Announcements

It has come to our attention that many unattended children and non-residents are accessing, utilizing and damaging our amenities.  This has become very costly for the Association.  In an effort to prevent injury, damages and keep the assessment as low as possible, a valid ID (driver’s license, school ID, etc.) will be required to be shown when signing in, going forward.  No Exceptions.

• Please note that children under the age of thirteen (13) MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times, when visiting the pool.

• Please note that absolutely NO children under the age of fourteen (14) are allowed in the fitness center, at any time.  Youth between the ages of 14-17 are permitted to use the fitness center under the supervision of an adult. 
  *Violation of this rule will result in the suspension of exercise room privileges*

• The splash pad requires adult supervision at all times.
